My role at CapSouth is building and supporting company sponsored retirement and savings plans, primarily 401k plans. This division is laser focused on creating retirement plan services that center around employees’ current and future financial lives. We accomplish this by designing retirement plans that are outcome focused, easily administered, and reasonably priced.
I joined CapSouth in 2006, and since then, I have been blessed to provide counsel and guidance to companies and individuals. Although we have made progress, we still have work to do to promote greater coverage from companies and increased participation from employees. These needs have motivated us to help establish a Pooled Employer Plan to lower the barriers of entry for small companies and to offer automations that make it easy for employees to participate in this plan.
At home, my best friends in the world are my family. I love hanging out by the pool or firepit with my wife, Lindsey, my college children, Clara and Camden, and my high schoolers, Mason and Mollie. You will often find me carpooling Mason and Mollie to church, school, and tennis tournaments. On most Sundays, you will find me on stage in our church’s preschool environment singing, dancing, or storytelling.

I am equally committed to contributing to a great work environment for our team members at CapSouth. They are the backbone of the services we provide, and we are devoted to our work culture and team members’ work-life balance. Together, we will develop plans that enable sponsors and participants to save time and gain peace of mind, knowing their retirement plan is well-managed.
