Position: Relationship Manager

The Relationship Manager acts as the primary point of contact for assigned clients (acting as an assistant to the Advisor) as well as administrative support for those clients. This individual is responsible for the management and monitoring of the client relationship, ensuring a consistent positive client experience, including working with the team to ensure all commitments are completed and followed through in a timely manner. This individual should be focused on efficiency, productivity, and an exceptional client experience.
Duties of the Relationship Manager may include but are not limited to: regular interaction with clients to answer questions, schedule meetings & request documentation, paperwork management, client meeting preparation & follow-up, staff meeting preparation & follow-up, CRM maintenance, asset transfer management, money movement, confirmation of follow-through on commitments, support to answer phones and greet guests, and other office administrative duties as necessary. The Relationship Manager will report directly to the Managing Director and/or Team Manager.

Important Information
- This is an hourly position with annual bonus potential, based on job performance

- Full time position, approximately 37 hrs/week (off Fridays at 1pm)

- This position is required to be able to work in the Dothan office location (can accommodate remote work for a limited period)
Requirements
- 2 years of post-high school education required
- College degree in the following areas of study is preferred: Business, Accounting, Finance
- At least 5 years of experience in a related field or working with affluent clients
- Experience in accounting, banking, finance, or legal work a plus
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
Areas to Expand with a Career Development Path
- Pursue a Series 65 license, CRPS®, or QKA
- Pursue knowledge to assist in relationship management for wealth management clients
- Lead portions of a client meeting
